LEADERSHIP UNITED

Be a part of an intimate group of like-minded people who are passionate to drive meaningful change and eager
to use their connections and expertise to improve our community.

Leadership United brings together young professionals to collectively act through service and philanthropy to further the initiatives of the United Way by solving problems with experiential knowledge and diverse perspectives.

WHY NOW

For 75 years, United Way has been in Charlottesville, lifting people out of poverty through a strong volunteer base, a respected and influential board, and results-driven partners who tackle core challenges in our community. This year, United Way has a new strategic plan, and—as a Leadership United member—you will help shape this new direction and path forward.
