What We Do

With nearly 25% of our community living on an annual income of $12,760 for a single individual, Charlottesville is one of the toughest places in the nation to climb the ladder to financial stability. It is our goal to create positive and sustainable change to this poverty metric through programming and partnerships.

We classify our work into 3 impact areas:

Helps adults who are on the path to becoming financially stable and economically independent by supporting customized, holistic solutions that address obstacles.

Closes the opportunity gap by promoting strategies to provide all children with the most appropriate and effective early services, supports, and high-quality early childcare and education.

Connects, convenes, and supports the collaboration of organizations in our community. Within this network, we can identify needs in the community and work toward collaborative goals.

Our impact is your impact. #UnitedWeReach
